Preparing for Your Visit

Location and Arrival

Our clinics are conveniently located across East Tennessee, with easy access and ample parking. When you arrive, our friendly front-desk team will guide you through a quick check-in process.

You’re welcome to relax in our comfortable reception area while we prepare for your appointment.

What to Bring

Please bring the following items with you:

Any hearing aids or assistive devices you currently use

A list of your current medications

Information about your medical history related to ENT or hearing concerns

Your insurance card and a form of identification

Recent test results or referral notes (if applicable)
